Ughhh, I’ve been there before and it sucks 😞. Honestly, no one deserves to be called stupid, like EVER. I get feeling bad tho, cuz we always wanna give ppl we care about the benefit of the doubt, but if he’s gonna snap and disrespect u like that, is he even worth it? It’s not about fixing it if he’s not willing to see how hurtful he was. If he doesn’t get that, idk if it’s something that can be “fixed” tbh.

Yeah, it’s tough. Honestly tho, if u’re not home a lot and only seeing it when u visit, imagine what she’s dealing with all the time… Sometimes people in those situations just don’t think they have another option. It’s like they get so worn down that standing up for themselves feels impossible. Idk, maybe u can talk to her privately about how it’s affecting u too? Like, let her know u see what’s happening and it’s not okay, without making her feel bad for not fighting back. It’s a tricky convo, but worth having.
