Hey mama, first off, I’m so sorry ur going through this. My son went thru something really similar last year, and I know how helpless it feels 😞 One thing that helped us was finding a counselor that she connected with—not just any therapist, but one who really understood. It took a while, but once he opened up to someone else (not just me), things slowly started improving.
