Ughhh I totally get u!!! Had the same thing happen when I was in band, and it made me hate going to practice too 😤. Honestly, it sounds like this person is just insecure and taking it out on u. I had to remind myself that I wasn’t playing for them, I was playing for myself and improving every day. Maybe next time they roll their eyes, just ignore it or give them a “look” like… seriously? Sometimes ppl stop when they see they aren’t getting a reaction from u. You’re prob doing great, so don’t let them ruin it for you!!
