Ugh, that sounds awful. I’ve been through something similar, and honestly, the whole “ignore it” thing never really worked for me either. Sometimes it feels like people are too scared to step in or they just don’t care. I think u should try talking to someone u trust, maybe a teacher or counselor? Like, I know it feels super lonely but maybe there’s an adult who can help make things less toxic. Also, those so-called friends not standing up for u… maybe it’s time to figure out who’s really got ur back.
